TIP: How do I clear or reset a BlackBerry address book without hard resetting?
1. Open Address Book.
2. Hit the BlackBerry button and go to Options.

3. On the BlackBerry keypad type "rset" no quotes. NOTE: you will not see anything as you type.
4. Your BlackBerry will ask you if you want it to reload the device from the server. Select "YES".
