How to disable Firefox's session Restore crash recovery feature

Reopening Firefox after crash it ask following massage if you want to disable it. This will be helpful for especially when you are using public computer. And Firefox automatically store your session once it crash or power failure. After that anyone who will open firefox this massage will come and if click restore your last session will open ( If you was using gmail if will open your account even without asking password and username)

You last Firefox session closed unexpectedly. You can restore the tabs and windows from your previous session, or start a new session if you think the problem was related to the pare you were viewing.
Start New Session,
Restore Session
Then follows below steps:

type about:config in address bar and enter
Find value browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash
Double click and make it false
